It brings together early neurological stimulation, purposeful socialization, carefully planned enrichment activities, foundational obedience training, detailed developmental observation, and our deeply personal approach to creating lasting family connections.

How Science and Love Shape Every Beginning
Every litter begins with carefully selected champion pedigrees, rigorous health testing, and deliberate consideration of structure, intelligence, temperament, and genetics. Once the puppies arrive, that same level of intention guides every aspect of their care, with early experience thoughtfully designed to nurture confidence, resilience, adaptability, responsiveness, and above all—a supernatural attentiveness to people.
Through our Smart from the Start program, each puppy receives Early Neurological Stimulation and Early Scent Introduction, carefully sequenced socialization using The Seven Steps of Socialization, planned enrichment & outings, and gentle foundational training in obedience and basic potty awareness.
Our placement process is equally thoughtful and individualized. Through careful observation, documented developmental experiences, an in-depth family questionnaire, and an independent temperament evaluation from a third-party evaluator, we gain a clearer understanding of each unique puppy and what specific family would fit best. We then recommend the puppy whose temperament, energy level, and unique gifting appear best suited to each family’s lifestyle, activity level, and specific traits for the dog they envision. We pride ourselves on providing the best possible match for long term love and success. Our goal is to make a match made in heaven for each and every Kingridge family.
At 8 weeks, each puppy enters his or her new home with a Kingridge Journal documenting the life they began here at Kingridge. It includes all of their unique responses to The BioSensor Program and Early Scent Introduction, reactions to socialization experiences, and daily reports of their training progress and activity. This journal acts as a guide, allowing us to pass the baton to the new family so they can continue their pup’s training seamlessly at home. Each puppy also goes home with his or her new crate, providing a familiar foundation for continuing the crate-training routines begun at Kingridge.
All of this happens surrounded by the warmth and affection of our loving family. We are so honored to guide and nurture the earliest moments of a puppy’s life because we know that the foundation for future success is created in these first several weeks.
